Catering Trailer 18ft x 7ft (5.5m x 2.2m) tri axle

Trailer Overview This 18ft by 7ft catering trailer (excluding A Frame) is a tri-axle unit built to comply with IVA standards. The trailer has a maximum gross weight of 3,500kg and is built on a robust galvanised chassis, complete with four corner steadies for stability and LED lighting for visibility. Its body features a durable 14mm GRP box and a double fibreglass solid top roof, finished with a powder coated interior for enhanced longevity. Features include: triple gas box on A frame, serving hatch to front with drop down customer shelf, 24-inch top sign and wing boards for branding, stable style door, and non-slip Altro flooring throughout. 

Counters & Fittings The rear counters are constructed from stainless steel, designed to accommodate equipment with integrated under-counter shelving and doors as necessary. Similarly, the front counter features stainless steel lining and includes shelves capable of housing under-counter refrigerators. 

Water System An integrated water system is included, featuring two sinks with mixer taps. Installed are either a gas or electric water heater, pump and transformer. 

The trailer’s electrical system is managed by a consumer unit, which includes a 32-amp link-up. Eight double sockets are provided, two of which are equipped with USB connections. Lighting consists of flat-panel LEDs fitted in the main ceiling, baton lights located under the serving hatch. Electrical certification will be issued by an independent electrical contractor.

Gas System Gas safety is ensured with a two-stage regulator featuring OPSO, a three-bottle linkage, isolators, and flexible hoses for all appliances. Gas Safe Certification will be issued by an independent Gas Safe engineer.
