The Kio pod Foundation
Kio pod Ltd. was established in 2024 by siblings and founders Richard Willis and Michelle Rule. After years of successfully running one of the UK's leading trailer manufacturing companies, they decided it was time to pursue their vision of innovation without limitation, leading to the creation of Kio pod.
Our roots are firmly planted in the mobile catering industry. Both founders started their careers working hands-on with mobile catering trailers at various events and festivals. This real-world experience, operating the equipment, dealing with every operational challenge, and yes, even managing the difficulties a three-week rainstorm can bring to an event in a farmer's field. This has provided us with a crucial, first-hand understanding of our customers' requirements. We know the non-negotiable need for high-quality, reliable equipment.
Kiopod was born from a shared passion: to bring our customers' unique ideas to life while creating new, exciting, and reliable products for the industry.

Based at our dedicated workshop in Cambridgeshire, we offer our core range of expertly designed and manufactured products. Crucially, we specialize in bespoke builds. We love the challenge of turning your concept into a tangible reality, whether you arrive with a detailed CAD drawing or simply a sketch on the back of a serviette.
We are actively developing our stock and look forward to launching a unique online shop soon, providing customers with easy access to essential accessories and spare parts for their mobile catering kiosks.
