Hi, I'm Richard Willis, the founder of Kio Pod. I've spent the last 30 years immersed in the world of mobile catering, designing and building everything from trailers and shipping containers to horseboxes and vans. But my roots in this industry go even deeper – before that, I spent a decade on the front lines, cooking and serving customers, and catering some of the UK's biggest events. You could say this industry is in my blood!
Kio Pod is the culmination of years of experience and a burning desire to bring real innovation to pop up kitchens and street food stalls.
